Job Description

We are hiring a People & Culture Manager for our partner company!
Our partner is a fast-growing post-acquisition tech company operating in the manufacturing space. With a dynamic high-potential team integrated into global operations the company is looking for a hands-on and proactive professional to lead people operations in Trkiye.

You will independently manage all People & Culture processes in Trkiye while collaborating with teams across Europe and the US. Although you wont manage a team directly youll own the full people function locally and have a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end people operations throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment onboarding engagement offboarding and performance
  • Lead hiring efforts to attract culturally aligned high-potential talent
  • Ensure full compliance with Turkish employment law while supporting scalable internal practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for team members in Trkiye regarding people-related matters
  • Manage payroll in coordination with internal teams and external vendors
  • Adapt and contribute to global HR strategies within the local context
  • Support leadership with team planning organizational development and cultural initiatives
  • Coordinate training and development programs to foster learning and growth
  • Collaborate with the office management team to support operational tasks

Who You Are

  • 8 years of total work experience including at least 4 years in HR/People & Culture roles
  • Experience in fast-paced multicultural organizations (preferably in tech or scale-ups)
  • Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and payroll processes
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or above) German or Russian is a strong plus
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Adaptable growth-minded and energized by solving challenges in a changing environment
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
