Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Knowledge of MICROS or similar POS systems is preferred.
Experience with Forbes or LQA standards is an advantage.
