Are you highly organized and great with people Do you have a passion for sales and customer service Do you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment If so join our team as an Assistant Manager/Leasing Consultant at our newly constructed luxury apartment community in Covington LA: Artesia apartments and help prospective residents find their perfect home!
What Youll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents providing tours of available units and amenities
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Coordinate the apartment make-ready process for new resident move-ins
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in leasing sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills to keep make-readies on task and on time
- Ability to work an occasional Saturday if needed
- Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
