At Mpower Direct were looking for Energy Sales Representatives who bring energy excellent communication a student mentality and a solution-oriented mindset to join our fast-growing team in the renewable energy space.

Compensation Package:
- On target earnings: $36000.00 to $96000.00 annually

Responsibilities
Schedule:
- Full-time: MondayFriday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Weekends off extra bonus opportunities
As an Energy Sales Representative you will:
- Represent industry-leading renewable and fixed-rate energy products to residential customers
- Educate clients on energy options and help them make cost-saving decisions
- Engage in face-to-face direct sales across assigned territories
- Master the sales process through hands-on training and daily coaching
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals
- Help shape a cleaner smarter energy future for all
Qualifications
- A positive coachable and goal-driven mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for learning growth and creating positive experiences
- High energy and a competitive spirit
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
