YOUR TASKS
Train on critical machines and understand their role in production including quality control scrap and rework processes.
Learn department certification processes and gain insight into KPIs performance metrics and operational goals.
Develop knowledge of Leader Standard Work and participate in operational meetings (OTOS DORs BT1/BT2 etc.).
Shadow supervisors on both shifts to understand daily responsibilities and leadership demands.
Learn team leadership techniques such as motivation coaching conflict resolution and decision-making frameworks.
Understand HR policies including absenteeism fairness discipline and how to apply discretion in real scenarios.
Engage in Structured Problem Solving and improvement initiatives and develop understanding of CBS/CBT.
Use data tools like PowerBI CGUI and Scrap Reports to track and analyze performance.
Complete required trainings (classroom and online) on safety HR leadership productivity and technical skills.
Document experiences and present final learnings including a summary report and self-assessment of supervisory readiness.
