Youll work directly with the founders and team leading everything from career development to hiring infrastructure and helping build a workplace others want to be part of.
Tasks
- Set up and evolve core HR practices including onboarding development frameworks and internal communication structures.
- Be a go-to partner for our team on people topics from growth and alignment to daily collaboration.
- Design and implement lightweight scalable HR processes that support a fast-moving environment.
- Build the foundation for future hiring: structure tools and processes that make recruiting smooth and intentional.
- Lead future hiring efforts end-to-end ensuring great candidate experiences and strong team fit.
- Help cultivate a thoughtful open and empowering team culture.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR people operations or talent acquisition ideally in startups or dynamic tech teams.
- You genuinely care about people and are excited to support their growth well-being and success.
- Experience setting up HR or hiring processes from scratch with a good sense of whats just enough for each stage.
- A structured proactive approach and the ability to move things forward independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills youre approachable and clear.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English.
- Working between 15 and 30 hours / week on average.
