Job Description

The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in organizational management communication and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills strong management abilities and a keen attention to detail. Must have familiarity with: Workforce Development and Training Support DoD FM Certification Program Support Financial Management Training Courses Web-based FM Training Management Tool

Required Skills

Advanced degree in management accounting economics or finance with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience or bachelors degree with 17 years of experience or 21 years of experience with no degree; and 2 or more years of supervisory or project management experience.
Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

Deep knowledge of Army budgeting execution and financial reporting
Ability to interpret and apply financial laws regulations and policies

At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
