We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the configuration sustainment and performance optimization of enterprise development and production environments. This role ensures system availability security compliance and operational continuity through proactive administration Agile collaboration and continuous improvement practices. Youll be part of a high-impact team supporting mission-critical logistics systems.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related technical field.
710 years of experience in enterprise systems administration including Linux-based environments and Oracle infrastructure.
Active IAT/IAM Level II certification (e.g. Security CE CySA CCNA Security).
Demonstrated experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Oracle Exadata and ZFS storage systems.
Proficiency in system patching backup/recovery and performance tuning.
Familiarity with DoD STIGs RMF compliance and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience supporting Agile sustainment workflows and DevSecOps pipelines. Leadership experience managing teams and driving technical outcomes.
Desired Skills
Experience with Oracle EBS and middleware (WebLogic SOA Suite).
Familiarity with Agile SAFe frameworks and Planning Increment (PI) events.
Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform) and containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Exposure to AI/ML-assisted monitoring and predictive analytics for system performance.
$118000 - $127000 a year
At Significance your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
