Summary:

What You’ll Do:
• Plan standards-aligned lessons and create unit assessments based on Common Core
• Differentiate instruction and provide targeted support for diverse learners
• Implement strategies to check for understanding and adjust instruction accordingly
• Track student data daily and communicate results to stakeholders
• Foster a classroom culture of high expectations respect and focused learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to build schoolwide consistency and academic coherence
Experience You’ll Need:
• Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in Math and Science
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Appropriate EL authorization or SDAIE certification
• Experience with urban education or underserved student populations a plus
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
