Knowledge Services a leading multidisciplinary organization in the software professional services and cyber security industry is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator. This role represents a unique opportunity to become a key member of an exciting and growing organization driven by a commitment to excellence innovation and a passion for Serving Those Who Serve Others.
This role requires a creative problem solver with a smile. The Employee Relations Coordinator is the direct link to our contract employees working on-site at our client locations. They receive their pay check from us but work at another location. They need to feel a direct connection back to us and this role provides the levels of great service to ensure everything runs smoothly for them while working assignments at a client site.
The Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for all client and employee service aspects issue resolution and compliance risk mitigation. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing accurate and timely responses in a professional manner.
