Are you ready to make your mark If youre an Operation (Manufacturing) Engineer. The Operations Engineer 1 (level 1) reports to Technical Leadership and provides manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base. Supports production from a technical standpoint. we have an exciting opportunity for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supports technical solutions and process improvement initiatives including cell layouts and capital equipment implementation.
• Creates and maintains process documentation updates work orders and supports basic engineering changes.
• Has a general understanding of Six Sigma lean tools and DFMA concepts to improve processes and support new product introductions.
• Represents the company with customers and provides updates to management on operations status.
• Supports the manufacturing floor by addressing process-related questions and incorporating process improvements while adhering to Quality System requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• US Bachelors Degree required
• Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills along with basic presentation abilities.
• Possesses general troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including a foundational understanding of Root Cause Analysis.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical mechanical machine drawings and product drawings critical for engineering and manufacturing tasks.
• Applied knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering processes including capabilities studies Gage R&R and machine capability.
• Has general knowledge of Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing concepts and project planning tools to support process improvements and organizational initiatives.
