Job Description
Job Title: Tube Bender
Job Type: Direct-hire Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Work Authorization: GC/US Citizen
Tube Bender Position *Immediate Hire*
Union position (Local 851) must join after 31 days of work
Full time 8 hour shifts rotate shifts every two weeks eligible for OT
Must pass a skill test to be hired
Hourly wage first 3 months $18.91 after 3 months but before 6 months $19.02 after 6 months $28.53
Health Benefits: 401k and 401k match yearly guaranteed raise paid holidays pension 30 cent shift differential for 2nd shift
Description: Shall possess the math skills necessary to develop tube bending schedules from sample pieces engineering drawings and layout such work as required with minimal supervision. He or she shall have the knowledge and technique to set up the dies and be capable of performing and understanding the significance of multiple bends and rotations on a tube bending machine and performing hot bending.
