Position Title: Back -Up Part-Time Receptionist
Reports to: School Manager
Classification: Part-time Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $17.95/hr.
Location: NW Campus Locations
Position Description:
The Washington Ballet is seeking reliable and friendly individuals to serve as back-up Part-Time Receptionists for our NW campus locations. This position is a key point of contact for students parents visitors and staff and is essential in maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk presence.
As a back-up receptionist you will provide coverage as needed often on short notice to support front desk operations answer inquiries and offer general administrative assistance to various departments. The ideal candidate is personable organized and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Please note: This is an on-call position with no guaranteed or fixed schedule. We are looking for individuals who are flexible and available to step in as needed.
