What Youll Do
- Ensure all products are accurately tagged configured and merchandised before going live.
- Monitor and report on product velocity and tagging accuracy delivering weekly performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide clear workflow prioritization and alignment for your team ensuring everyone understands goals and timelines.
- Utilize your expertise in PIM tools to continuously improve processes and redesign workflows for maximum operational efficiency.
- Play a key role in scaling catalog operations helping Complex deliver a best-in-class commerce experience.
- You will draw on your understanding of PIM tooling to improve processes and redesign workflows to optimize efficiency in getting products listed on Complex
Who You Are
- Have 5 years of hands-on experience administering Product Information Management (PIM) systems such as Airtable and Salsify.
- Bring 5 years of leadership experience with a strong track record of delegating tasks and coordinating across multiple functions.
- Possess a deep understanding of eCommerce tools especially Shopify with the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- A data-driven decision-maker comfortable reporting on objectives and key results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Flexible with your working hours and open to collaborating with cross-functional teams across various geographies and time zones.

$85000 - $115000 a year
The Pay Range which consists of salary and commission for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
