The Maintenance person is responsible for cleaning maintenance and upkeep of the building and company property.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Promote safety quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Maintaining clean professional office environment presentable to customers and public
- Maintain property grounds
- Ensure all fixtures are in proper working order and repair or schedule repairs if necessary
- Ensure sufficient cleaning and maintenance supplies available for building upkeep
- Ensure equipment is in working order and materials on hand to maintain building and company grounds
- Purchasing supplies within company guidelines
- Empty all trash receptacles daily
- Replace light bulbs filters etc. as required
- Minor mechanical plumbing electrical repairs of fixtures as required
- Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor
Standards of Performance
- Prioritize and manage job tasks in effective organized and timely manner
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly tasks.
- Exhibit professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1- 3 years of previous maintenance/housekeeping experience

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
