This role requires a keen eye for detail creativity and the ability to transform user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers UX designers and developers to create high-quality interface designs for mobile and web applications.
Translate user requirements and wireframes into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.
Develop and maintain UI design standards guidelines and best practices.
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance the user experience.
Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and technologies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across various platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Visual Arts or a related field.
5 years of experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch and Photoshop; and experience with prototyping tools.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferable additional qualifications:
Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
