Job Description
Job Summary:
The Supervisor leads the department to achieve high quality results with efficient processes and productive employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees are well trained and highly productive
- Collaborate with colleagues regarding waste maintenance quality etc.
- Maintain minimal waste
- Keep daily production records
- Complete daily shift reports; verify and approve employee time
- Encourage and maintain a safe working environment
Performance Expectations (if applicable):
- Previous managerial experience in manufacturing or industry-related field preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Sufficient technical knowledge of equipment
- Frequent lifting standing reaching and bending are required throughout the shift
