About the role
With the sad news of Will stepping away from his role were now looking for someone new to lead this incredible area of the business one that embraces celebrates and safeguards the unique culture that defines Flight Centre.
The role serves as the local owner and champion of all human resource initiatives in order to foster an inclusive engaging and high-performing environment in the region. This role is pivotal in aligning regional people strategies with global business objectives ensuring that FCTG meets its greater growth and profit objectives.
What we require
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role preferably within a multinational or travel industry context or 5 years senior leadership.
Proven track record in leading cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in region.
