The position involves overseeing the delivery and deployment process of embedded software.
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinating the NA SW Deployment steering committee managing the end-to-end software delivery process
- Collaborating with technical teams for seamless integration maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and monitoring potential risks.
- Supporting junior team members and peers
- Role model of lifelong learning sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach
- May be digging deeper in own discipline but is building broader T-shaped profile
- Developing influence and working confidently within the wider Companys network
- Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA.
- The position requires strong technical expertise in embedded software excellent coordination and communication skills problem-solving abilities and prior experience in software delivery coordination within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience requires 5 years of relevant experience.
