Job Description

Job Description:

The Projects Management Specialist is responsible for managing specific project tasks and activities on a daytoday basis serving as the primary liaison between project leads opportunity owners and sponsors. The role focuses on supporting planning reporting stakeholder engagement and quality assurance within defined project scopes.

The specialist contributes to sectorwide strategic initiatives by translating approved strategies into projectlevel plans milestones and deliverables. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid foundation in project management seeking to grow in stakeholder coordination risk control and performance monitoring.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project plans.

  • Support project teams in achieving defined goals and deliverables.

  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders under supervisory guidance.

  • Enforce quality standards and proactively address project risks.

  • Contribute to teambased problemsolving and decisionmaking.

  • Interact positively with clients and partners during project execution.

  • Monitor project performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Document project activities and support knowledge transfer within the organization.





Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 6 years of experience in project management or a related field.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Economics Engineering Information Technology Management or equivalent.

  • Professional certification preferred (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).


Competency Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of project and program office operations including governance best practices.

  • Experience in maintaining project management processes and supporting delivery frameworks.

  • Familiarity with risk issue and change management principles.

  • Exposure to quality assurance and compliance activities within projects.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

  • Proven problemsolving ability and adaptability in team environments.

  • Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail with a structured and methodical work style.

  • Demonstrated ability to support resultsdriven project execution at the operational level.
