Job Description
Overview
The service technician will be responsible for the repair of laser printers.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations in own vehicle to successfully diagnose and repair black/white and color laser printers.
- Perform other duties in support of Client Services/Sales operations.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- HP certification a plus.
- Extensive technical and operational knowledge of laser printers.
- Excellent customer service skill required.
- High level of followthrough and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer & mathematic skills.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years minimum experience servicing HP Lexmark Xerox and additional other OEM laser printers
