- Assist in daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Support team members in organizing and preparing cleaning supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Help maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment.
- Train our new hires to perform Two Maids cleaning skills and technique.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall operations.
- High school diploma required
- Manage CRM as needed
- Attend marketing events as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Possess strong organizational analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
