About the Role
Youll be a key member of our Food & Beverage team helping to create exceptional guest experiences across a variety of settings from the restaurant to our popular coffee shop on weekends. Youll ensure high standards of cleanliness customer service and food hygiene while making guests feel welcome and cared for.
What Youll Be Doing:
Serving guests in the restaurant and coffee shop particularly on weekends
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all designated food & beverage areas
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Delivering professional friendly service to all guests
Anticipating and responding to guest needs to enhance satisfaction
Adhering to Health & Safety and Fire Safety standards
What Were Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
A friendly positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
Reliability flexibility and a willingness to learn
A team player with strong communication skills
