What Youll Do
As Service Manager you will lead mentor and drive performance in a busy service department. Your focus will be team development operational efficiency customer satisfaction and overall department growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead coach and support the service team to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Build and maintain a highenergy customerfocused service culture.
Collaborate with Parts Sales and other departments to optimize the customer experience.
Utilize DMS and reporting tools to drive accountability and performance.
Recruit train and develop top service talent.
Champion a transparent customerfirst approach at every touchpoint.

Proven success in automotive service management
Ability to lead by example inspire others and create a culture of accountability
Strong understanding of fixed operations warranty administration and service processes
Proficient with dealership management systems and performance analytics
