Job Description

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Logistics Operations Intern to support our Operations team in daytoday activities and strategic initiatives. The intern will gain handson experience in logistics inventory management scheduling quality control and process improvement in a fastpaced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities across multiple service locations.
- Support the logistics and dispatch teams with route planning scheduling and vehicle coordination.
- Monitor and update inventory and warehouse management systems.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Help identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with internal departments (customer service sales warehouse staff) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with logistics or warehouse management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable proactive and eager to learn.
