You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a dynamic Talent & HR Data Analyst who blends deep recruitment knowledge with data fluency. In this role youll play a key part in streamlining hiring strategies building insightful HR dashboards and optimizing our HRIS ATS and reporting processes.
Lead and support endtoend recruitment cycles for diverse roles
Design and generate HR reports & dashboards (headcount hiring funnel etc.)
Analyze talent data to derive actionable insights for decisionmaking
Maintain and enhance HRMS/HRIS systems.
Manage ATS workflows helping us improve speed and quality of hires
Collaborate with senior HR leadership on strategic people initiatives
Ensure data integrity and compliance in all HR platforms
35 years of experience in recruitment and HR analytics
Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets Power BI or other analytics tools
Handson experience with HRIS/HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a love for numbers
A team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Worked in a consulting executive search or fastpaced HR environment
Experience in process automation or workflow optimization
A degree in HR Business or a data/analyticsrelated field
