Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Intern to join AI Solution Services team and support automation and integration initiatives using the Workato Agentic AI platform. As an intern you will assist in designing building and maintaining integrations that help streamline business processes across various systems.
Assist in building and testing integrations using Workatos lowcode/nocode platform.
Support documentation of integration workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand integration requirements.
Help monitor troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Stay updated with Workato features and automation trends.
Requirements
Please note: In this role you will be supporting the EMEA/US business hours from 2 pm to 11 pm IST!
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Basic understanding of APIs webhooks and SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce Workday ServiceNow etc.).
Familiarity with JSON REST or data mapping is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
Exposure to Workato Zapier or similar iPaaS tools.
Basic knowledge of scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Interest in automation system integration and digital transformation.
