Job Summary:
The Dermatology Devices Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and collection targets within the assigned territory by promoting dermatology products and solutions. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers managing the endtoend sales process including order followup and collections and monitoring competitor activities to support strategic decisionmaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales forecasts and action plans for dermatology products in line with the companys strategy for the sales managers review and approval.
Represent the company as an authorized partner engaging with dermatologists surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Identify sales opportunities promote and sell assigned products by interacting with target customers and key stakeholders.
Participate in marketing events conferences workshops and promotional campaigns within the assigned territory.
Provide inservice support and ensure customer satisfaction with product usage.
Deliver technical support including installation startup training and maintenance of equipment.
Report on plans customer feedback sales performance market potential and competitor activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons clinical and nursing staff etc.
Assist doctors and staff with equipment installation and setup to ensure proper usage.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Science Biomedical Engineering Pharmacy or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
35 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
Languages:
Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
