Job Description
Litigation Associate
Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality services in rapidly evolving areas of law.
- Embrace strategic decisionmaking required in litigation.
- Develop litigation strategies for complex scenarios.
- Present nuanced constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively.
- Manage complex cases and oversee electronic discovery.
- Engage in law and motion practice in state and federal courts including dispositive motions.
- Prepare for trials including evidence development witness interviews and taking/defending depositions.
- Apply knowledge of eminent domain or real estate/real property (preferred but not required).
Requirements:
- 36 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in case management and electronic discovery.
- Proficiency in state and federal court procedures.
