Job Description
Are you a visionary in faade systems with a passion for design innovation performance and precision Join a reputed designbuild firm executing some of Indias most prestigious and technically demanding projects.
We are looking for a Head of Faade Design to lead design strategy drive technical excellence and manage complex faades across commercial hospitality and highrise developments.
What Youll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of faade engineers and designers.

Develop detailed faade concepts system designs and material specifications.

Collaborate with architects structural engineers and faade consultants to align design and performance.

Ensure compliance with structural loads energy performance acoustic fire and sustainability standards.

Review mockups technical submittals and prototype testing.

Balance aesthetics constructability and costefficiency.

Coordinate with execution teams to resolve site design issues and implementation challenges.
What Were Looking For:
-
1218 years of experience in faade design (consultant or contractor side).

Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Rhino/Grasshopper and performance analysis tools.

Deep knowledge of faade systems: unitized curtain walls ACP stone cladding glazing louvers GRC and custom faades.

Familiarity with Indian and international faade standards (IS NBC ASTM BS EN).

Experience with complex geometries and signature building envelopes is a strong advantage
