Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Senior Procurement Specialistwill report to the Senior Manager of Procurement and will be responsible for strategic sourcing and indirect procurement strategies to drive cost efficiency quality and supplier performance. The Sr. Procurement Specialist will also be responsible for supplier contract and management cost optimization process improvement and compliance for the companys indirect procurement categories.
Location: Boca Raton FL (Onsite @ HQ Daily)

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with fleet management software Microsoft Excel Word and other MS Office Suite products.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various operational demands effectively.
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills with a teamplayer attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories to drive cost efficiency quality and supplier performance
- Lead RFPs RFQs and contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Identify and execute costsaving initiatives process improvements and supplier consolidation strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align procurement strategies with business needs
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and innovation
- Develop and execute supplier evaluation and performance metrics to track KPIs such as cost quality risk and service levels
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations risk management and corporate governance policies
- Drive spend analyses benchmarking and strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve savings targets
- Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance and contractual obligations
- Optimize procurement policies procedures and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies ethical sourcing practices and regulatory requirements
- Leverage technology and data analytics to improve decisionmaking and procurement processes

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location jobrelated knowledge skills qualifications and experience. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
