Duties
- Interior and exterior metal stud framing trim work millwork and cabinets demo tile repairs acoustical ceilings concrete drywall hanging and finishing painting etc.
- Perform all commercial carpentry work: 50% ground up 50% renovations / buildouts / addons
- Organize project work by reading blueprints and assessing job specifications to determine optimal plans
Requirements
- 5 years of Commercial Carpentry experience
- Must be proficient with reading blueprints
- Must have a valid drivers license
Details
- $28 $30 an hour
- Bonus opportunities 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Paid vacation and sick days
- Most projects are local (roughly 95%) but some overnight travel may be occasionally required
