As the Senior Product Manager for Storage at CoreWeave the leading cloud provider for AI companies worldwide you will be a vital member of our Product Team with a specific focus on elevating our highperformance cloud object storage offering. This role demands a strategic blend of insight into AIdriven environments and a deep understanding of storage technologies positioning you at the forefront of CoreWeaves mission to deliver toptier cloud solutions for AI machine learning and other HPC applications.

In this collaborative role youll work closely with the Storage Team leveraging their technical expertise to innovate and enhance our storage products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our storage solutions not only integrate seamlessly with the unique demands of AI workloads but also lead the market in performance reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeaves storage offerings ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals and market needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the storage domain. Use these insights to guide product development and positioning.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design build and launch storage solutions and features that are scalable secure and costeffective. Ensure that products meet high standards of quality and performance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather and prioritize customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches market positioning and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics. Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and future direction.

  • 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on cloud storage or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and trends including object storage and file system storage.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills capable of inspiring teams and driving crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175000 $190000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
