Job Description
We have a parttime Custodian position in AinaHaina at an office building. This role requires good communication skills customer service aptitude previous janitorial or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs) be able to stand walk routinely bend squat and stretch throughout their shifts. Previous janitorial or custodian experience is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers vendors and management
- Clean and maintain area: Sweep mop pick up trash remove and dispose trash to designated area clean restrooms and use a buffer machine to specific areas.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 3pm to 9pm (30 hours a week)
Compensation range: $16$17/per hour
Skills/Qualifications:
- Applicant must be able to pass a background check
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous janitorial custodian experience preferred or related experience
- Must have good public relations skills and communication
