- Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a closely related field
- Interest in technology people systems and process improvement
- Experience in SQL scripting or file formats like CSV XML or JSON
- Experience with ETL and integration tools such as Informatica Talend and MuleSoft

YOUR DAYTODAY AS AN ENTRYLEVEL IMPLEMENTATION DATA ANALYST
In this IT role youll begin the day by meticulously converting and transforming client data using SQL queries ETL tools and standardized templates. Youll interpret and validate data drawn from various source systemsspanning payroll HR and benefitsto ensure its accurate migration onto our HCM platform. You will be responsible for analyzing data integrity collaborating with team members for process enhancements and consistently applying established methodologies to achieve optimal efficiency. Your expertise will be integral to streamlining client data integration and ensuring that every data point contributes to clearer actionable business insights.
