Responsibilities
- Make sure guests receive prompt friendly courteous service
- Serve as a liaison between techs advisors and guests
- Manage and train service advisors and technicians
- Passion to achieve high standards
- Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department
- Manage the payroll within the department
- Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department meeting internal and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Valid state drivers license with a clean driving record
