Job Description
The Grounds Keeper Manager is responsible for managing a team of grounds crew and the overall maintenance and care of the grounds amenities parking areas and common area facilities of the property. Their primary focus is to maintain an inviting clean and orderly environment at all times. The Grounds Manager may be cross trained to complete other duties such as janitorial and/or maintenance.

Pay Range:$26.44$31.25 per hour (Equivalent to $55000$65000 annually)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight and maintenance/care of the grounds amenities parking areas and common area facilities of the property.
- Maintain an inviting clean and orderly environment at all times.
- Operating and maintaining all tools and garden and landscaping equipment.
- Scheduling specialty services such as landscaping.
- Lead and manage a team of groundskeepers and porters to include timecard approval performance management and training.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: two years experience in janitorial gardening grounds maintenance.
- Experience: one year managing others preferred.
- Physical: Ability to lift push and pull and carry up to 80 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking squatting reaching stooping climbing stairs/ladders balancing and carrying.
- Valid drivers license and reliable personal automobile.
- Able to travel other sites and stay overnight as needed.
- Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds such as maintenance janitorial etc.
- Able to follow COVIDrelated policies and protocols.
