A Brief Overview
The IT Regional Enterprise Support (RES) Manager is responsible for overseeing SAP functional support services ensuring efficient and effective support for ERP functions across the North America region in various SAP releases. Reporting directly into the Sr. RES Manager the IT Manager supports SAP AFS/FMS modules by implementing solving break/fix issues and by providing design development and support knowledge of RICEFW objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Forms and Workflows). Project management experience is preferred including business requirements gathering/documentation and creation of functional design specifications. Immediate focus is to support ASICS Mexicos ERP system SAP AFS and work on outstanding requirements/projects. Additionally support of Global ERP system for ASICS USA and Canada is required as we transition to S/4 Fashion solution.

What Youll Do

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of ERP support specialists providing guidance training and performance evaluations. Primarily scenarios for Order to Cash EDI Finance association to Master Data.
  • ERP System Support: Provide SAP functional support including troubleshooting issue resolution and coordinating system enhancements working closely with Regional and Global teams.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with business users external vendors and IT teams to maintain and improve ERP functional capabilities ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee ERPrelated projects including systems upgrades implementations and integrations ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
  • Training and Documentation: Oversee and contribute to training programs for endusers and ensure comprehensive documentation of SAP processes and configurations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze business processes and system performance to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures

  • Abides by all federal state and local laws


How Youll Be Successful

  • Ability to effectively motivate engage and foster growth within direct reports.
  • Ability to hold themselves and direct reports accountable to a high standard of performance and results.
  • Technical expertise in SAP AFS/FMS including customization and understanding of industryspecific processes and requirements
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot SAP system issues effectively
  • Experience managing AFS/FMS enhancements and/or upgrade projects including planning execution and risk management
  • Ability to manage timelines budgets and resources effectively
  • Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholder expectations leveraging collaboration teamwork and conflict resolution skills
  • Business process knowledge across various departments such as Finance Order to Cash EDI and Master Data
  • Skill in driving change management initiatives related to SAP implementations and/or upgrades
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and Global / Regional ASICS teams as needed.
  • Ability to educate and support business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities including business requirements gathering and creation of technical specifications for SAP AFS/FMS systems


What Youll Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in information technology or Business Administration with a concentration in IT or equivalent combination of education experience and training preferred
  • 02 years experience managing direct reports or equivalent training and experience. required
  • 57 years Minimum of 5 years of SAP cross functional support experience. Current versions ECC 5 and 6. Experience of S/4 Hana a bonus. required
  • Experience managing direct reports or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 (Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.) preferred
  • Experienced in RFCs BAPIs User Exits ABAP Programming IDoc Creation/Extensions Integration configuration and Message Control preferred preferred
  • Development experience in any of the following tools: SAP PI (XI PO CPI) Smartforms SAPScript EDI/ALE/IDocs BAPIs/BADIs SAP Web Dynpro Java preferred


SALARY / PAY RANGE:$103000.00 to $115000.00
