Adelphi is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide services at an Educational Institution in San Antonio Texas. The ideal candidates will collaborate with school staff to deliver therapy services to students while ensuring adherence to educational guidelines Admission Review and Dismissal Committee (ARDC) decisions and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:
Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Must be in good standing).
Valid driver s license.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing therapy services (preferred)
Experience in a schoolbased setting is highly preferred
Understanding of ARDC processes IDEA and special education compliance
Familiarity with Medicaid billing guidelines and documentation
Must meet all IRS standards for contracted professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide inperson occupational therapy services in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) established through the ARDC process.
Conduct evaluations and reassessments per District and federal educational guidelines including formal assessments clinical observations and collaborative input.
Submit completed evaluations and documentation before invoicing per District requirements.
Develop and implement customized intervention strategies targeting fine motor skills sensory integration selfcare and academic participation.
Collaborate with teachers staff and families to support student progress across developmental and functional areas.
Attend ARDC meetings and contribute to discussions on eligibility goals accommodations and service delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of services progress notes evaluations and billing as per District policies.
Provide consultative support and inservice training to staff on assistive technology classroom adaptations and sensory supports.
Comply with all applicable federal and state laws ethical guidelines and District regulations.
