The role
As a Senior Investigations Officer your main role is to receive assess and investigate reports of alleged wrongdoing by public officials. Youll provide expert advice to mitigate fraud and corruption through detection prevention early intervention data analysis and targeted investigations. Promoting a culture of good governance and encouraging staff to raise issues of wrongdoing are key aspects of your role.
Youll face challenges such as understanding complex technical information and communicating effectively with various stakeholders on sensitive matters. Your responsibilities include conducting complex investigations managing allegations and developing learning programs to improve ethical conduct. Youll also analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations to address systemic issues.
