Job Description

Hiring Opportunity: New Albany OH

Our client is looking to add maintenance technicians to their team! They recently just brought over multiple new production lines to their 200000 square foot facilities and need skilled maintenance technicians to assist with the growth their experiencing. Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of beauty personal and home care products and is easily one of the fastest growing companies in that space.

The maintenance technicians are in charge of executing timely and accurate maintenance work with the objective of minimizing downtime and maximizing quality safety.

Qualified candidates will ideally have industrial maintenance experience in an environment that includes packaging or bottling.


Responsibilities:

Executes assignments received in a timely and accurate fashion with the objective of minimizing downtime and maximizing quality safety and run time.
Maintains equipment in a safe operating condition.
Translate OEM material into meaningful standards for best results.
Repairs breakdowns and completes operating adjustments as observed or requested.
Performs equipment preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Maintains equipment parts and supplies inventories by utilizing the CMMS system to receive work orders issue parts to those work orders and sign off work orders when complete.
Participate in safety and GMP training sessions and other company training sessions.
Communicate and execute with production team line changeovers and line adjustments.
Understanding and adherence to GMP SOP and safety procedures always including LOTO
Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

3 years of industrial maintenance experience (working with bottling or packaging products is highly desired)
Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs uses repair and maintenance.
Equipment fault isolation and repair.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams.
Basic computer & mathematical skills
