Job Description
- Proven experience supporting QuickBooks Manufacturing systems preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of Sybase database systems and ability to work within a legacy database environment.
- Experience with system integration particularly involving QuickBooks and thirdparty platforms like Nulogy.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex system and interface issues.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Nulogys manufacturing or supply chain software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with an emphasis on technical clarity and stakeholder updates.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for QuickBooks Manufacturing running on a Sybase database environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve current system issues affecting business operations and system performance.
- Act as the primary support contact for QuickBooks Manufacturing and its integration with Nulogy Software.
- Monitor data flow between QuickBooks and Nulogy to identify and address synchronization or interface issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document system processes fixes and configuration changes to support longterm maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify areas for system improvement or process optimization within the QuickBooks Manufacturing environment.
- Ensure the continuity and reliability of QuickBooks and Sybase operations through consistent system monitoring and support.
