Position: Remote Customer Service Representative SAT
As a Remote Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries for clients in the SAT industry. This role requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to providing effective solutions to our customers needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers.
- Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated problemsolving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
- Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous.
Technical Requirements:
- A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10.
- Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory.
- USB headset (not wireless) featuring noisecanceling capabilities.
- A functioning webcam (external or builtin) for video communication.
