DAddario Automotive Group has an opening for a FullTime Service Advisor/Writerto join our Nissan Service Department.

Job Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Consultant/Advisor you are the direct contact with the customer & act as the liaison with the technicians.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to Service Customers building rapport and brand loyalty
- Writeup repair orders by describing symptoms problems and causes discovered by Technician as well as repairs and services required obtain authorization from customer and signatures where required
- Verifywarranty and service contract coverage
- Review Vehicle Inspections provided by Technicians
- Create estimates and share with customers
- Recommend and sell additional services for our valued customers vehicles for optimal performance
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Basic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut drivers license with a clean record
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 12 years experience in a customer service orientated environmentrequired.
