Job Description
Job Summary:
The Executive in the Biologics Production Department will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and production of biologic drugs in Promea. They will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant production of biologics adhering to quality standards safety regulations and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the shift schedule and Instructions as required.
- Time to time/ online filling of BMR and SOPs.
- Handling the instrument and get involved in all unit operations.
- Support during Instrument installation/Technical trouble shoot/support as on when required
- Should well versed with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Need to control / approve visitors as required.
- Follow ups for Preventive maintenance schedule.
- Arrange Batch Requirements start form consumables and raw materials etc.
- Cleaning and maintenance of instruments (BT pump Peristaltic pump centrifuge DF unit LAFU Vessels and all skids) and facility.
- Any other works assigned by the respective HOD to be adhered.
