  Role Description
  This is a One year on-site role for a Diploma
  Engineer Training- Photolitho Department. The role is located in
  NUH, Haryana
  
  
  Qualifications Diploma Printing Academic should be more than 70
  marks)
  
  Experience Fresher
  Budget 2.50 LPA

Job Description:

• Will be Responsible for Preparation of Ink as per
  standard given for specific litho without hampering performance of
  Decorator and 100 Customer Acceptance.
• Will issue Inks, plates, control copy of litho as
  per litho details. (Quantity, can size etc)
• Maintaining the litho wise production details for
  ink & maintain the master files for litho.
• Will be responsible for updating Ink recipes
  consumptions as per actual consumption.
• Assisting Decorator specialist during lithography
  change using minimum time.
• Checking new / used printing plate &
  replacing rejected Plates.
• Inspection of printed Cans to ensure jobs
  are completed within requested specifications - quality and customer
  requirements.
• Ensuring all raw materials (eg. Plates, ink,
  chemical etc) to be used are prepared for every start of the shift
• Taking care of the stable and smooth work of all
  fotolitho machines
• Controlling of Ink, Plate and Blanket
  Consumption.
• Will be responsible for all clear communication
  about all activities / incidences to the next shift colleagues. Ensuring
  that no facts are hidden from seniors.
• Will co-ordinate with Decorator team for any
  assistance, Observing Can at Decorator & raising alarms for can
  quality.
• Checking the condition of the machine regularly
  to ensure safety, cleanliness and good operating conditions. Includes
  filling up the daily, monthly, quarterly and annual checklist. Will be responsible
  for clean and safe work area 5S, GMP ISO, IMS, WCM and HACCP stems must be
  strictly observed).
