Job Opening: CRM Executive (South Mumbai)
Location: South Mumbai
Salary: 26k 30k
Experience: 4 6 years

Description:
A reputed company is hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and drive customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone experienced in customer data analysis campaign management and loyalty marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Execute and manage loyalty programs promotions and personalized campaigns.
Coordinate with design research and sales teams to develop customer retention strategies.
Collaborate with internal marketing and sales departments for optimized customer experiences.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and platforms.
Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and manage datadriven campaigns.
Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
Prior experience in a CRM role in the retail or jewelry sector is a plus.
