Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing and potential partners serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment with Braes Egypts strategic objectives.
Negotiation & Agreement Management: Lead negotiations draft and finalize partnership agreements ensuring terms are beneficial and aligned with company goals.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Product Development to integrate partnership initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends competitor activities and potential partnership opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Event Representation: Represent Braes Egypt at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and expand the companys network.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in partnership management business development or a related role preferably within the Egyptian market.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partnership performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken.
