What youll be doing
As a member of CIBCs Canadian Banking & Capital Markets Technology BMO Business Effectiveness Team youll be part of a dynamic group that is responsible for delivering Enterprise Class Intake packages. The Senior Intake Analyst is responsible for coordinating the endtoend technology intake process to take corrective action or escalate issues and meet established guidelines processes and service levels. The role works cooperatively with others to achieve synergies and accomplish common goals receiving logging and monitoring the status of each intake request to obtain signoffs. The Senior Intake Analyst is often required to interpret policies standards and requirements to meet work objectives reviewing the content of each request for quality and accuracy and following up to resolve or escalate issues to internal business partners or external service providers.
