Key Responsibilities

- Implement data management strategies to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Mentor junior data analysts and foster a culture of datadriven decisionmaking.
- Work with large datasets using big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Document methodologies procedures and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of data science frameworks and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Mathematics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or scikitlearn.
- Handson experience with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and effective manner.
- Experience in handling unstructured data and data wrangling techniques.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and critical thinking skills.
